Garner v. Georgia

by
Appellant Stevie Lamar Garner was tried by jury and found guilty of murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, aggravated battery, and other crimes in the shooting death of Patrick Marcus Edwin Wall. Garner appealed, arguing the trial court erred in refusing to instruct the jury on self- defense. Finding no reversible error, the Georgia Supreme Court affirmed Garner's convictions. View "Garner v.
